Hello friend, and welcome!
I have been in the nutrition and fitness industry for more than 30 years, and coaching for the past 10+ years. I’m passionate about working with women ages 30 and older, helping them learn how to build and keep healthy, strong muscle during the transition into and through the menopausal season, educating them on nutrition and physical movement, and how to stay active throughout the rest of their years. I get to help them create healthy, effortless, lifestyle habits so they develop a satisfying relationship with food and exercise, while helping them achieve milestones in their fitness and health they never thought possible. Building up women to be confident in who they are so they can face each day feeling empowered, is why I do what I do.
Through education and accountability, I give you the support you need to finally feel better and stop overthinking your nutrition. Whether it’s information overload or a lack of knowledge or understanding that’s keeping you from reaching your goals, I’ll hold your hand every step of the way.
I also love to have fun with my clients while we build our coach/client relationship because challenging things in life are easier to get through when we can laugh through it together; and fitness and nutrition isn’t exactly the easiest thing to jump into and change.

I’m a Certified Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Health Coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Menopause Specialist. I’ve been in the health and wellness industry for over 30 years, and am greatly blessed by the women I get to work with as I watch them change into the healthy women God has called them to be.
I’m the mom of 3 amazing children, Aly, Ethan, and Avery, and I live with my husband and children in Colorado.
