As women, our hormones are one thing that make us unique from men, and our training and nutrition needs are unique as well. We are not tiny men; we shouldn’t eat like men, we shouldn’t train like men, the supplements we need are different from men, and we need to rest and recover differently than men as well.

By learning why we’re so different and learn how we can train, nourish, and recover properly to meet our exact needs and goals, we will have better results.
